Im Zipped To A Te, 16.2 hh May 2002 Bay (APHA) Breeding Stock Gelding #695,419
SUPER LUNGE LINE AND WESTERN OR ENGLISH PLEASURE PROSPECT GREAT GRANDSON OF ZIPPO PINE BAR AND TE N’ TE
(Pictures at 3 months old)
Maybe you've read some of the recent articles about "Zip's" grandsire, ZIPPIN, and the quality of horses he produces:
"Ten Zippen-sired horses in the Top 10 at the 2002 APHA World Show. ZIPPIN is a Superior Western Pleasure Horse, Multiple World, Congress and Honor Roll Champion Sire".
Zip has super smooth gaits with a lot of natural agility and movement. He is a great pleasure or hunt seat prospect and has been started under saddle this spring (2004) and we just started showing him in Walk-Trot. He is proving to be a very sensible mount, and his gaits are a luxury ride. His trot and lope seem to be on air with beautiful, smooth action; typical of the Zippo Pine Bar line. He was shown as a yearling in Open IBHA Halter classes against aged halter horses and he received 6th out of 8 in the class and also received 4th out of 7 in the class.
He loves people, is very smart, curious and easy to handle. He is a beautiful dark red bay with a big white blaze. He should mature over 16.2 hh since he currently measures 16.1 hh at his hip (8/04) and just turned two years old. His parents are 15.3 to over 16.1 hh. He is registered with APHA as a bay breeding stock gelding.
