            Annie has been Red Factor tested as "E"- homozygous for the black pigment and cannot have red

            foals regardless of the color of her mate.    She is a proven producer of dun & grullo colts with a ton of dun

            factor.  She is registered with IBHA as "Permanent" which means that she consistently has foals with dun

            factor.    Annie is a daughter of Par Bars Star out of Sonny Par Bar out of Sonny Dee Bar. 

            Also included in her resume is Poco Bueno, Leo, Joe Hancock, Dan Waggoner and Joe Bailey. 

            She is super sweet and has a wonderful disposition.  You can always count on Annie to be the

            supervisor when your fixing a fence or the barn.  Annie is extremely intelligent, kind and gentle and has

            excellent conformation with strong feet and bones.  She passes these attributes to her offspring.    She

            bathes, clips, shoes, loads, and hauls easily.  She loves to show at halter and be admired!  She has a

            few minor blemishes on her right hind leg and her left shoulder, but neither has limited her showing ability

            or movement.  She has no other flaws.      

            She began her show career at age six after raising three foals and carrying the fourth.  She placed 4^th in the

            2002 IBHA World Show Broodmare Halter and won the 2002 IBH Congress Reserve Circuit Champion Broodmare Halter.  

            She won the 2003 IBHA Gateway to the World Circuit Champion Broodmare Halter and again placed 4^th in the 2003 IBHA

            World Show Broodmare Halter.  She received her Register Of Merit certificate in IBHA Mare Halter in July 2003 and

            was 3rd in the Nation IBHA Honor Roll in 2003. 

            She has also received numerous firsts, seconds, Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion at other

            IBHA shows, as well as local area horse shows.

2002  was Annie's first year to show and we are excited that she did so well.  After weaning her third baby

in July 2002, Annie took to the show ring like an old pro although we had never shown her before. 

She seems to recognize the extra attention and loved it!
